Inspiration is found in the stillness of the heart.

Motivation Monday

Hi friends,

It’s Motivation Monday and I have just picked up this amazing little inspiration piece to add to my office. I love it’s fancy gold stand and the beautiful font. A perfect message after an inspiring weekend.

“Follow Your Dreams”… these words have been heavy on my heart lately. I have been doing some soul searching over this past weekend and feel inspired to keep reminding myself of how much is possibly in this life.

This dreamy little inspirational card set I picked up recently, is the perfect little desk companion to uplift my spirits and help me focus on what truly matters. To never stop dreaming and have faith in myself & my journey.

Wishing you a day full of inspiration and a little reminder to you to never stop dreaming.

Have a fabulous Monday!

Start Where You Are

This summer has been amazing, I took some much needed time off from blogging to enjoy the little things in life and just refocus. Making more time to take pictures and seek inspiration every day.

Photography fills my soul with hope. It helps me push through the distractions and look for beauty and happiness in my life. Just as it is… right now. Embracing the perfectly imperfect moments of life and all the craziness that being a working mama entails.

Whatever makes you happy, make time to do more of it!

I am so excited to share that my most recent work is currently being featured at the Meta Brown Gallery in Dunedin, FL. Hooray!!! So grateful to share where I am, right now.

Whatever it may be… just start where you are. Do more of what makes you happy!

Living a Life of Inspiration

Saturday mornings are my favorite time, a slow, restful morning with my little family. It feels like ages since I have blogged but I recently realized that what I love most about my little business is to share my photography. To share the inspiration that I live everyday. The little details and moments that take my breath away. The ones that can go unnoticed, that seem ordinary but actually are impactful, beautiful and hold deeper meaning in their simplicity.

Life is all about perspective, and what attitude you choose as you wake up each morning. What do you choose? What inspires you? How do you see the beauty in your everyday moments?

I am focused on keeping it simple, what is going well, what fills me up and inspires my heart. It’s the simple moments that I remember most. The little laughs and smiles, the time doing nothing but being still.

Today I am grateful and that is enough.

Gallery Show

Friends, I’m so excited to be in my fourth gallery show! My recent piece, Urban Escape, was selected for the show. Beyond grateful to share my passion for photography.

loving yourself through it all

Sometimes it’s almost impossible to snap out of a moody mood.

To just relax and enjoy the moment, to actually be present.

But the more I focus on what really matters to me, to my heart and in my life… it starts to become a little simpler, a little easier and I am beginning to recognize how trusting myself guides my path.

To love yourself enough to forgive yourself and to forgive others, to be vulnerable and honest in every way you can, starts to set you free and allow you to be your best self. To live your best life.

My work as an Interior Designer is focused on creating spaces that inspire your life, that make life simpler and function for the way you work and live.

But to truly be inspired you must know how to take care of yourself.

How to refocus on what matters most in your life.

How to simplify the distractions and elements that make things, actually life seem busy.

That is where you learn to recognize inspiration, where you allow it to impact you and begin to embrace your talents and skills, however little or big they may be.

When you begin to give yourself space and focus on what lies on the other side of fear.

You see how honesty truly guides you, through the stormy days, to a life lived on purpose.

Sending love,

Giving Grace

Have you ever found yourself comparing yourself to someone else? Wondering, over thinking and analyzing too many details? I really believe it’s human nature to find yourself partaking in this type of thinking, however, I recently have spent time contemplating how it honestly get’s me nowhere and I end up actually feeling upset and uninspired.

So to change this pattern, I have decided to give myself just a little more GRACE and take a deep breath, a step back and look at the bigger picture.

Where I stand in my life is exactly where I need to be and I am SO grateful for all I have been through that has helped me arrive to this very moment in time. I have to keep reminding myself of this truth, know it in my heart and continue to gently remind myself when get caught up in the oh so familiar spiral that leads me nowhere.

To encourage you to be gracious with yourself and kind to your learning process as you refocus on what truly matters and take that step back, I want to share a little inspiration. I have been hand lettering in watercolor and just loving the whole creative process..

Remember to Trust In Yourself! Remember that you actually do know what you need and that you are doing amazing things. You are capable of more than you know and anything is possible! I truly believe that!

Sending love,

Inspiration in 2015!

So sharing daily has proven to be a challenge since I have been recovering at home these past eight weeks and now have returned to work. I am so SO grateful I have begun to feel more like myself and was able to enjoy Christmas with my family. It has been an amazing journey with time to be still and refocus on what matters most. I have decided to have a daily gratitude photo for the coming year and will be sharing that on Instagram. Follow me @MaryCoules to be inspired and see the adventures we make in 2015.

December was such a magical month full of intention and love.
I am so grateful for where the past year has brought me and how much I have grown as a wife, mama, daughter, sister and friend. I am so proud of all that I have tried, attempted, strived for, managed, created, learned, listened to, loved and laughed through. Life is truly an amazing adventure and even when things seem impossible, difficult and sad… I am still able to find the light shining through. I am still full of HOPE and believe that everything happens for a reason. That God’s plan is bigger and better than my own. That if I just get out of my own way and TRUST… I will soon see a way.

I have SO much to look forward to in 2015 and hope that you enjoy many little moments doing what you love. Let’s make this year the best year yet!

Happy New Year from our family to yours. Hooray 2015!!!

Sending love,

Holiday Cheer!

A little Holiday Cheer to make my day brighter.

I love to share a peak into our home and some of the inspiration from clearing clutter and making room for GREATNESS in our lives. It takes time and patience but to live with less and feel organized is a choice and something to celebrate!

This photo shows one of my favorite photos of my baby boy, Gavin when he was little… those arms! Oh happy day! I love him so.
